An Evidence Based Birth® Instructor is a birth professional specially trained in how to help families get evidence based care. The desire to ensure that families have options, access to quality care, and support in making their decisions led me to become an instructor offering workshops for expecting parents as well as continuing education opportunities for birth professionals locally in the Charlottesville, VA area & virtually nationwide.

“The walkthrough of labor was extremely helpful today. We both feel, overall, much more prepared and empowered. I thought labor and delivery would just be a horrific experience to get through, but now I’m actually looking forward to it! Thank you so much!!!!”
