In my practice as a doula, it is my goal to ensure that families are well prepared to enter confidently into their own unique experience of childbirth and the journey of parenthood. I feel strongly that parents deserve quality information, tools and support that allow them to make empowered decisions every step of the way. The Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class is perfectly aligned with this goal. What’s Included:
3 Month Access to Online Parent Portal:
Over 12 hours of course videos on content from the basics of labor & support tools for partners to newborn care & the 4th trimester. Also included: EBB Signature Articles & One-Page Handouts, Audio Relaxation Tracks, and Birth Video Library. (Option to have 6 month access for $10)
6 Weekly Live Class Meetings:
Interactive course discussions with your classmates in a supportive environment with mentorship from Sandra, experienced EBB Instructor since 2019 and DONA Certified Doula since 2015. Meetings held virtually or in-person.
Digital E-Workbook:
You will be given access to the digital course workbook to help you and your partner follow along with the course and to use as a reference. (Physical copy available shipped to your address for $20.)
Optional Private
One-on-One Session:
The option to schedule a private one-hour Zoom session with Sandra to discuss your plans and have all of your questions answered through one-on-one mentorship.

Looking for a last minute Childbirth Class?
Private session classes can be arranged to meet your specific scheduling needs.
6 private class sessions of comprehensive childbirth education/preparation via Zoom.
Full one-on-one mentorship from your instructor to have ALL of your questions answered. Includes 3-months access to the online portion of the class, spiral bound workbook, 6 live one-on-one Zoom sessions with your instructor to discuss online materials and receive mentorship working around your own schedule.

Refund Policy:
Your payment reserves a spot in the class and is non-refundable, but tickets are transferable with adequate notice and approval from Sandra.
Note: As an active birth doula, there is a small chance that I would be required to reschedule a session due to being needed at a birth. If necessary, I will do my best to give notice of a rescheduling as far in advance as possible and will be flexible in setting a date/time for the rescheduled event.
