Breastfeeding Prep & Planning
90-minute prenatal lactation counseling session to answer all of your questions about infant feeding, breastfeeding, pumping, milk supply, and more. Customized support in developing a plan to help you meet your breastfeeding goals.
- Pre-session prep via email to discover your goals in order to maximize the time we have together during our session
- Printed Preparing for Breastfeeding booklet to keep as a reference tool and guide
- 90-minute one-on-one prenatal lactation counseling session to answer all of your questions about breastfeeding, pumping, newborn feeding patterns/schedules. We will work together to develop a customized plan based on your individual breastfeeding goals
- Followup via email to share additional resources & tools to supplement topics covered in our session and answer any additional questions
