**NOTE: In light of current local policies and recommendations regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), virtual doula support is now available! An Evidence Based Birth® Instructor is a birth professional specially trained in how to help families get evidence based care. The desire to ensure that families have options, access to quality care, and support in making their decisions led me to become an instructor offering workshops for expecting parents as well as continuing education opportunities for birth professionals in Charlottesville & Central Virginia.
What I Offer:
Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class
During this challenging time, the complete Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class is being offered via live Zoom sessions.
In my practice as a doula, it is my goal to ensure that families are well prepared to enter confidently into childbirth and the journey of parenthood. I feel strongly that parents deserve quality information, tools and support that allow them to make empowered decisions. Since beginning my journey as a doula, I have been seeking a childbirth class that fits this description, and the Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class is it! I am very excited to bring the Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class to Virginia!
